Prepare

You’ll need to gather details regarding your artwork, such as how many colors are going to be printed and how big you’d like the artwork printed at. You’ll want to research and decide on a shirt or two you’d like to use or consider using, we can always quote you on multiple shirt options so you can decide what works best for your budget. After you have some of these details decided upon, you can request a quote.

 

Start out by:

1. Decide on a style of the items you want to print/embroider (Use link below to choose specifics or examples)

2. Art examples - Please provide a description or screenshots of what you are looking for if you don't already have your art (Artwork is $30 per hour for design and/or setup)

Things to keep in mind:

*Minimum pieces for a print is 12

*There are additional fees that may include:

Rush fee, Below minimum fee, Screen Fee (on each screen order placed, each time), New Separation fee (on new designs for screen printing, we will save your separations for future orders), digitize fee (one time fee for embroidery, unless you make an art change or size change), shipping fee on specific vendors for orders under $200, shipping fee if you want your order shipped to you, PMS Color matching, Embroidery Sew Out charge if there is a sample made before order is produced, restocking fee, delivery fee (when delivery is available) 

*Orders typically take 10-14 BUSINESS days after payment is received for completion. Art approvals can delay that process.

Submit a Quote

 Step Two: Email us all the information to info@brunettesportswear.com. In this part of the process, we’ll gather information such as what shirt you want to use for your project, the artwork details, the quantity and your deadline. All of this lets us put together an accurate quote as quickly as possible for you. Please include the business name/first and last name, address, best contact phone number, and tax ID (if applicable).

Confirm Your Order

Third Step: We’ll put together a quote and we’ll email it to you so you have record of your quote and the details of it. Feel free to ask us any questions about the quote as you’d like, we know there is some “screen-print speak” in there, so ask all the questions you need. There are hundreds of products to choose from so we want you to find the perfect one for your project.

Once your order is confirmed payment is required to continue. You may pay online through our secure invoicing program, over the phone, mail payment, or stop in and drop off payment. If you pay via our online program YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL - it says paypal, but you have the option to use a debit/credit card.

Artwork

Step Four: Artwork. Once the quote is confirmed full payment is required to begin your art.  We’ll  produce a mock-up of your design on your product so you can approve before we print based on your art requests. Please submit all changes BEFORE art is finalized. Art will be printed as you see it, so you are responsible for spelling, colors, sizes and layouts that you see. No orders will be printed without a confirmed mock-up, so watch your email or set up an appointment with the artist! This assures we’re both on the same page about what is being printed and what is expected. A quick approval assures your project stays on schedule! If something doesn't look right, ASK QUESTIONS!

Production

Step Five: After mock-up/art approval, our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. This varies based on our current work load, but we’ll always let you know an expected turnaround as you place your order. If you have a deadline, we’ll work hard to hit it! You can view your Estimated Due Date on your online invoice at any time!

Complete!

When your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email through the same online profile you've been using throughout the process and we will follow up with a phone call. If you haven't heard from us feel free to give us a call and check on your status or check your online profile 24/7. We’re confident you’ll be back for another order and look forward to working with you again in the future. We view our relationship as a very long term one, one which we’ll work hard to keep strong!
